Looking at it, I could probably use half those plants, which is great. Unfortunately the blend file crashes blender. You may want to check the blender download as it seems corrupt, but I'll get the obj version and see if that works.
You are right it also crashed with my blender 2.79. But it said it was created with blender 2.80. Blender 2.80 or later may open it?
probably append options in blender 2.79 or use blender 2.8
