Hello, I need a character with the following attributes:

1) 2D Anime (non-pixelart).
2) Female nude base (bald).
3) Run animation in as few frames as possible.
4) Front view and back view.
5) Separate file or layer with matching hair and the simplest clothes (matching means synchronizes with the run animation).

I need this to be as affordable as possible ( less than $100).
There are no requirements for the development medium (can be scanned traditional, claymation, 3D render, etc). For clarification, the base IS the run animation. The asset will be used in a 2.5D game and the artist must agree to the CC0 license. Thanks for your time and interest.
