This is a quick-and-dirty Blender model of an intercom using a CC0 texture by Scouser. The model is 587 quad faces, plus an LoD version with 32 faces.

Are the buttons seperate objects that can be animated?
It's all one mesh. You could certainly make the individual buttons separate meshes without too much difficulty. They each have their own mesh faces.
