Sorry to be nitpicky, is this original content? Or is it from the " Distorted Reality " sample pack you mentioned in another post?

This suggests both things can't be true. isaiah658, having a copy of the Distorted Reality CD- or the subsequent release of Spectrasonic's Omnisphere software- is using the samples as intended to create music tracks that he can release under whatever license he chooses.

If the samples were being shared individually, unmixed, that may be an issue.
If isaiah658 didn't posess a legitimate copy of the samples, that may be an issue.
If these tracks are faithful reproductions of songs (NOT unique music featuring the same samples) found in other commercial works such as Spiro, that may be an issue.

Are any of those things the case here?
