OpenGameArt.org's Summer 2018 Game Jam Logo
- Here's my effort at a logo for Summer 2018's OGA game jam.
- Used pieces from several OGA works along with some original stuff.
- Sara (OGA mascot) is Redshrike's LPC Sara sprite set.
- Cloudy sky from Dan Ryder's awesome cloud set.
- Berry bushes behind Sara were made by combining a shrunken version of a bush from SuperMata's LPC Modified Art set and some berries from Bart's Berry Garden set.
- I also added a bit of grassy ground courtesy of the LPC Terrain Repack set (various artists).
- Used ClintBellinger's good neighbor's font for the OGA text.
- usr_share's victoria bold for SUMMER 2018.
- Jar is my own, although I modeled it after the jar from ClintBellinger's recycling game assets.
- Label design and 'checkerboard' pattern are my own.
- Licensing as CC-BY-SA-3.0 because some of used works use that license.
- Included in pack is the logo in various forms as well as the jar and berry bush as separate sprites.
- Full credits and licensing info can be found in included 'OGAS2018GJ-Readme.txt' file.
- Hope folks like the logo and let's get ready to JAM! :)
- Sorry for the weird formatting, bullet points were the only way to get OGA to include new lines in my text :(

Mmmm, looks delicious! I love the design, and the jar of jam just makes it that much better!
... and now I'm hungry...
I think it's great. :)
thanks! I just wanted to do right by chasersgaming and all the work he puts into organizing the jam.
I guess the idea is a bit literal, but what esle can you expect from a programmer brain? :)
taking a few days off from it, my only remaining gripe is Sara's pose. It was the most dynamic pose I could find, but I'm not sure it really makes any sense in the context it's given here. Thinking of going back and replacing it with a 'hands down' pose and putting a jam sandwich with a bite taken out of it in here hands.
nah. leave it as it is, its brilliant!!! and again thank you for doing this, it is a great piece of work matey, and i aprreciate your time you took to create it. :)
