There is no simple way to explain licenses, but I can provide links to the licenses descriptions in your native language. What is your native language?

My native language is russian. I see that CC0 is free? When I want use CC-BY 3.0 and CC-BY 4.0 where I need to write about author? Thanks for link!

Here are the russian summaries for the licenses we have on OGA:

  • CC0 https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/deed.ru
  • CC-BY 3.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/deed.ru
  • CC-BY 4.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.ru
  • CC-BY-SA 3.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/deed.ru
  • CC-BY-SA 4.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/deed.ru
  • GPL 2.0 http://antirao.ru/gpltrans/gpl2ru.pdf
  • GPL 3.0 http://antirao.ru/gpltrans/gplru.pdf

Yes, CC0 is free. You may do basically anything you want with it. For CC-BY, you should write about the author on your game's credit screen and in your game's credit file. See https://opengameart.org/content/faq#q-how-to-credit for more information.
