When trying to upload freely licensed work released by another author, I am getting an error:

You must specify an author.

 

Steps to reproduce (both Firefox and Chromium browsers):

1. click Submit Art
2. under "Is this your own work?", click No
3. fill out the remainder of the form, including selecting assets
4. click Save

The form does not display an author field, as can be seen in the following screenshot:
