A tool I wrote to turn any image into fancy pixel-art

Hi all,

I wrote this tool that might be useful for some of you, it generate pixel art and sprites from plain images:

http://pixelatorapp.com/

Few examples:

It can also be used to convert other styles of arts into unified pixel art, like this:

A disclaimer: its a commercial tool, eg if you want to use it commercially you need to buy a license (its free for personal projects though). However, since this community is all about giving if any of you like the tool for free drop me a message and I'll give a free license.

I hope this doesn't come off as spammy (I'm a legit user even uploaded some sprites :) ) but if it is, my sincere apologies.

Feedback is always appreciated and as I said if you want a license leave a message.

Thanks!

That looks incredible. I'd love to see my past art pieces translated into pixel art-- I'd be a lot more likely to give open licenses for the less detailed, digital-painty versions, too.

The only problem is that OGA doesn't support non-commercial licenses, so... we'd need the studio version to make use of it here, I believe.

No problem, I sent you a license in a PM, as promised :)

Thanks!

Hey TheNess that looks pretty cool a lot cooler then I first thought ( I was using Irfan with the built in settings changing the bit color levls )sense this isn't something I need right now. But this looks to be more viable for this kind of work I'm more of a 3d artist but that may bridge the gap into 2d pixal art I may give the free version a try
