I do textured and cell shaded pixel art, I can also do cell shaded pixel animations. 

I do sprites, backgrounds, textures in pixel art, and you can see most of my previous works in my gallery on this site.

I don't have a set price. Instead, I give a price based on the anticipated complexity of the project BEFORE YOU AGREE TO IT, and no matter what happens, I stick to that price.

I do animations one frame at a time, and I charge per frame, so you can shave some money off that price by settling for a lower frame rate ;)

I do charge an additional 10% for full rights (this means you don't need to credit me, and it stays out of my public gallery). If you don't wish to pay you still get art just as good, it's just that anyone else can use it under creative commons, and you must credit me.

That said, even if you do pay the additional 10%, I do appreciate being credited :)
