It uses synth and some fx such as echo and reverb/modulation.
The patch is a Fifths patch (1 DCO at 0, the other downtuned a fifth) to give a regal, troubador, sound, it's doubled on the second channel with a -12 semitones pitch shift to add some weight. Enjoy. GPL and CC-BY-SA as always.
Audio Dual Licensed: GNU GPL v2 and CC-BY-SA.

Uploaded the audacity file. This time it was small enough.
EDIT: The discussion of politics and religion have been removed per MikeeUSA. Submission republished. :)
This is great and all,
but the description is certainly political. I have no comment on either side of this sort of political discussion, but OGA generally tries to stay out of (or separate from) politics. There was a similar set of submissions a while back (on the opposite side of this political topic, so please do not feel I'm going after this because of which side it leans) and bart had to get involved. He was rather pissed he had to come be the parental figure when the discussion got childish.I would link to it, but ultimately it was taken down since political discussion isn't allowed on OGA (and by extension, political submissions "skirt the line" of that rule.)
Would you be willing to make the submission here politically agnostic? I don't think there's a problem if you want to link to your own page where you suggest lyrics for the song (maybe?) but I'm guessing it's going to get heated quickly and I'd rather avoid a political flame war here on OGA.
This isn't a demand. Just a friendly request at this point. As bart said:
You might have waited until April
Agree with Medicine. No need to piss people off by posting political opinions under the guise of creativity.
Good proposal. Thanks for sharing
Joth: "under the guise of creativity."
I take it you don't like the song.
You know, for years it was claimed that my maps, textures, etc did not infact exist, that I did nothing, that they were 'garbage' etc because I would NOT separate my social opinion from them [...], now I have a fork of said game that had 18 weapons to begin with with over 120 weapons, city generation, foliage system, tanks, helicopters (with death by rotor) etc etc etc (and over 50 maps by me): https://lgdb.org/game/chaosesque-anthology Years and years of work. I don't think they can say it doesn't exist anymore. The fact that I put my opinions in the work is the price that is paid for it being opensource and free. The other side has the entire globe. And they fill the prisons up with any man that speaks against their beliefs in europe, canada, etc. All I have is my work. I know I'll never likely have what I want.
Snabisch: Thanks
I am still trying to figure out what do any of these have to do with OGA
@MikeeUSA: I am not familiar with the events you're referring to regarding claims that your work doesn't exist. I think you should definitely get credit where credit is due.... but breaking the rules of a community that tries to help with that is not the best way to do it.
I am not against discussing religion or politics. I'm against discussing them here.
I would never claim your work doesn't exist, but it won't exist here if you remain unable to separate your work from the discussion of religion or politics.
I was hoping for a response that indicated a bit more willingness to compromise. I have to remove this submission for now because it is firmly in the territory of discussing politics and religion, but I'm willing to discuss your concerns and frustrations if you would like to PM me. http://opengameart.org/messages/newI'd love to put this post back if you'd be willing to move the political parts to your personal site or the like. :)EDIT: The discussion of politics and religion have been removed per MikeeUSA. Submission republished. :)
