Hi there, not sure how this is usually done, but I think just use my username "wuhu" and give credit to this site.
Actually, it's not necessary to credit the site unless the author specifically requests it in the description of the download (of course, site credits are always appreciated). ;)
All you need to do is credit the author.

I've used some of them in shoot'em up levels of Flukz : http://flukz.org
The name "wuhu levels" sticked to these levels in reference to the style of the ships.
The original size of the ships was a bit small, so I resized them to a bigger scale and then I also tried to repixelize them to restore the pixel art (resizing to a bigger scale is really harmful for pixel art).
