There are a few issues with your drawing starting with the way your girl holds the bow, the hands being mirrored when we should see the left hand differently. Your uneven outlines make it harder to scale the character evenly and she could use a little more colour and contrast imho to distinguish the body parts. 

I rearranged the head, neck, shoulders a little bit and reduced the huge feet to keep a more female look and feel. The bow and arrow are larger to stay visible when the image gets smaller.
