This is the first out of a pack of 100 houses that I set to build. My goal is to become better at modeling and texturing, so I though that building 100 different houses would help me along the way. If you have any feedback, please let me know I will correct mistakes and re-upload the file.

This house also marks the first time I ever used texture baking, so although the texture is not perfect I feel that being the first time I do this, I did well.

Again, feedback, comments and hate mail are all welcome.

This house has a total of 611 faces.
Model comes with diffuse and normal texture.

P.S: I tried having the house as close as possible to real life measures.

The model was textured using images from textures.com

EDIT: Performed a very much needed optimization to the house and resized  windows and doors in order to make it feel a bit more realistic. Brought the poly count from 611 to 528 without breaking the mesh much, as far as I now it is all quads, but I might have forgotten a detail here and there. Please let me know if you come have trouble using it. The texture is the same, I tried my best to keep the unwrap intact.

EDIT 2:

Decided it was time to up my game a little and I redesigned this house using proper measurings for scaling. The house turned out a bit bigger, but if you put it in the Unreal engine it will look decent.

It has been unwrapped and some materials were added. Feel free to replace them and add your own. I will add pictures later during the week as I am extremely tired right now!

THIS IS STILL WORK IN PROGRESS!

Edit 3: Removed as many unnecesary polygons as I could. Tested the model in Unreal Engine with the engine's built in materials and I think the house is getting there. Still lots of work to do, though.

As you may be able to see in the screenshots, I am only working in the outside of the house, there is no interior yet as I am still learning 3D modeling and stuff. I will add those details as I progress, for now this can be used for outdoor environments. More optimizations to come.

Absolutely no hate mail here.  Good work.  If this is your first time, you did it well for a first. Keep it going Esteban!
