Hi there! I am requesting for your permission to use your art/music/tileset/sound effect for a RPG. I look forward to your reply. To confirm your acceptance/denial, please contact me at roycelim578@gmail.com. Thank you in advance!
Permission to use LPC assets is granted in the license, just be sure to properly credit the authors. It gets a little tricky if you're producing a commercial game, but as long as it's free and open license it shouldn't be an issue. Here are the licensing rules for the contest, to give you an idea:

This pack is included with credits.txt which contains full credits.
Nice
Hello,
Would you be willing to license your original contributions in this submission as OGA-BY https://opengameart.org/content/oga-by-30-faq , in addition to the current licenses?
I am thinking in particular about your very nice axes and pickaxe, which have made their way into this submission https://opengameart.org/content/lpc-smash-weapons .
I could license my original axes and pickaxe as in OGA-BY, but that would not affect on the ones in lpc-smash-weapons. In order to get those also OGA-BY you would need to ask also from Pierre Vigier.
Would it be more confusing if part of the LPC stuff has different license as most of them? Could you explain a bit more why you need different license?
I'm trying to get more art to be available where the authors have waived the clauses of CC-BY about DRM. Some people are very concerned about this, even though I don't think it's a huge deal.
I want to make derivatives of Pierre's swinging animations, and I'd like the result to be available under OGA-BY. I know I'll need his permission too, but I need your permission first.
I don't think it's too confusing to license parts of a submission differently. I have done this for several of my assets---I just say something like "if you use the whole thing, the licence is CC-BY-SA 3.0 / GPL 2.0+; some parts are available under other licenses too, see credits.txt." You already have a nice explicit credits file, so you could just add "(OGA-BY 3.0+)" to the lines where you are the only author.
Let me know if that is clear enough!
Okay, I'll do new submission with axes and pickaxe and OGA-BY license, but not sure when I have time, might go next week.
Hi Reemax! Thanks a lot for drawing these items. :) If you can put the hammers under OGA-BY license too, I would be very grateful, it would allow me change the license of my whole submission.
Thanks! Reemax, you don't have to make a new submission (although you can if you want); you could just write in this thread or on this page something like "All original art in this submission drawn solely by me (as listed in credits.txt) can also be used under the OGA-BY 3.0+ license." Or you could update credits.txt to that effect instead.
There is separate weapons pack which contains stuff I made with different license including OGA-BY.
