All the backgrounds used in my game, Die for the Empire. Main Menu background was made by Luke.RUSTLTD, Level 1 and Level 3 backgrounds are edits of a background made by Daniel Cook, Level 2 Background and Clouds were made by Luis Zuno(ansimuz), and Level 4 Background and Eyes background were made by me.
Files are being uploaded to satisfy the Share-Alike License placed on much of the art I used.

If you used cc-sa stuff do you need to mention what and by whom?
Not up on my cc-sa minutia but it seems like depending on how much you changed the original artist should still get some credit.
I actually don't know who made the level1Background.png file. I found it a while back on a tutorial for scrolling backgrounds and was never able to track down the original author.
yuck, sorry to license police you, but if you don't know who made it or under what terms they released it, then you probably shouldn't post it up here. :(
Honestly, you probably shouldn't use it in your project either for that matter...

WHAT A INCREDIBLE IMAGE!!! That planet is the MOST BEAUTYFUL planet pixel art i've seen in this site!! Incredible work!
