Just a little orchestral piece with an epic feeling, legend of zelda-like music.

Great track. The harp and the (very nice) war drums put you straight in the mood for beating up critters with a wooden sword. :)

A solo violin is one of the most difficult instruments to mock up. Volume automation is one thing which helps. Have you tried out portamento (glide) time automation (if your sampler has it)? It's of course no substitution for true legato samples (which tend to be quite expensive) but I've found that you can squeeze a little extra out of your good old samples by tweaking the glide time for each note transition. :)
