Your images say CC BY-SA 4.0, but OGA uses CC BY-SA 3.0, is this allowed?

Calinou, I had a look in the metadata, and this user has flagged that this work can be used in CC BY-SA 3 and later versions of that licence. So there is no problem there.
The terms of the Creative Commons licenses say that any work released under an earlier version can be used under a later version as well. Most licenses work that way.
