You can also take the tools and use them on their own. They are all single objects in the blend file.

CC-By is perfect for every case. It is not vague as CC-By-SA (see tons of arguments in forums) and still requires attribution.

But under CC-BY someone could change something in the model and put it under a closed licence, right? So it would not be shared any longer. :(

That version of it, but it still should show your name, and if you ask, this page. Imagine someone doing a scene or a video s/he should use cc-by-sa as license or ignore your asset completely.

BTW I checked your screenshots, they look really nice.
