Where to buy rpg-maker like graphics?

Hey,
Is there somewhere like graphics rpg maker to buy? Also for commercial use objectives? I mean no sprites, but the right graphics for example: http://vxresource.wordpress.com/2010/02/22/pfft-3-actors/ or http://vxresource.wordpress.com/2010/02/16 / n-battlers battlers /
There is so many great artists on this site its hard to keep track of them all but there is someone here who does portraits specifically. With a little luck they will see your message. You said to buy so if your willing to pay it may be easier to find someone.
You need face graphics? Hmm, I'd suggest looking up Visual Novel resources. Um, it's in japanese, but http://tokudaya.net/ is a good place to buy character art. I know there are more but I can't remember them at the moment. You can also comission people to do art like that pretty easily.
I am also searching a lot about the good character art. Didn't find anything interesting.Please suggest some more ideas about this.
