Often times I have difficulty thinking of an original tune. I often get ear worms of the music I like and that makes it difficult to come up with something original. The issue is complicated by the fact that chordal arrangements evoke specific emotions, creating the possibility of emotional progressions. Certain chordal arrangements, in context with preceding arrangements and supporting emotional atmosphere, create a more effective emotional progression compared to arrangements which are less chordally suitable and established.

I've been thinking it would be easier to arrange novel music capable of emotional appeal if instead of arranging notes, we instead arranged snippets of note passages.

Is there interest in developing these "songlets"?
