This is the bitmap font Geebeeyay 8x16 from this font pack with the following glyphs added:
# $ [ ] { } \ | _ ^ ~ `
I have provided two versions. The preview image is my rearranged 'block' in ASCII ordering as a power of 2 sized texture; extended ASCII characters are stripped and special characters take their place instead. Lowercase characters are in white (easy way to get two colors for in-game HUD's, console's, etc.)
The attached version is in the original font's arrangement and includes the extra characters tacked onto the end of the strip.
