Uhmm... you can't really specify another license (even if close in spirit) in the description when you chose CC0 as the license.
Otherwise... not a bad start for a gun, but IMHO not really in a state that it could be usefull to anyone, and could be probably made in a matter of 15 minutes at most (e.g. no real point of posting it here on OGA).
I can't specify the WTFPL in the license menu, so I wrote it in the description. ;)
That's a bit of a gray area. Legally this could go either way. You might want to reupload it.

Incidentally, I think the terms of the WTFPL allow us to host it here under CC0.
