This Land of pixels Halloween Tileset includes different types of terrains, three kind of trees, a victorian looking like house, some fences and a gate, some halloween decorations and an animated water tile. 

This pack can work perfectly with the other tileset of Land of pixels that is 16px. The ZIP contains some examples.

Also, the tileset comes in 3 sizes, 16px, 32px and 48px! Color palette included!
