When you say "Art is either GPLv3 or CC-BY-SA" are you saying all these textures can be GPL if I wanted... or they could all be CC-BY-SA if I so choose?
Or is it that any given texture in this pack is one of the two?
Just assume it's all GPLv3 so it can only be used in compatible projects...we only added CC-BY-SA to cover our backs since SuperTuxKart repository says it uses such licenses for assets but isn't clear about which asset is covered by which license...just remember to cite CC-BY-SA license along with GPLv3 when using it for your own projects...
That... is not permitted here. I appreciate the clarification, but the assets of a submission must be compatible with the listed license in their entirety. If there are parts of the submission that do not fall under the license(s) listed, those parts must be submitted separately under that other license.
If you're not clear on which assets fall under CC-BY-SA and not GPL, then none of the unclear assets should be included.
If, on the other hand, you're saying every asset can be under the GPL, but only some of them are also under CC-BY-SA as well, then you must only list the license(s) common to all assets. In such case, this submission would be just GPL since not all the assets are dual-licensed as both GPL and CC-BY-SA.
Found Correct License: GPLv3 https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/licensing-considerations/com...
Groovy. Looks good. Thanks!
