Hello,
after reading this forum post I decided to give a texture a go, I don't do many textures myself so this was good practice for me and hopefully it will be useful to trigger rally :)
I used a burning well photo of the edge of a tire as a reference but I did the rest!
I've uploaded the blend file as well as the textures separately
enjoy and I hope they are useful,
