Isometric Sci-Fi Character Spritesheet | Super Clone Cyborg | Pre-rendered 3D Sprite
This spritesheet is designed to work on FLARE engine, as it uses the 7 default animations (standing, running, attacking, blocking, death, casting, left hand attack / shooting bow or slingshot) in 32 frames per direction (8 directions) - 256 poses per spritesheet. The right hand attack animation works well for punch, sword swing, pistol whipping, firing pistol, firing cannon. The character is supposed to be a super clone cyborg, as you can see all the cybernetic implants (sternal frame, cyber spine, vital intake system in the belly to inject healing items and boosters... and a cortical module on the character's head - inspired by the CAST race on Phantasy Star Universe).
The sprite comes equipped with a gunblade / sword / cannon weapon, so it can be used for very diverse kinds of attacks. The left hand of the character has a claw gauntlet and a power source on the forearm (2 battery things attached to the arm). The default spritesheet has the character with underpants on, while the armored spritesheet has a spandex suit with fingerless gloves and socks. It's a pre-rendered 3D sprite, but the model is 100% original and the muscle / skin texture was hand drawn, as well as the eyes and such (the details are not visible at this resolution, though).
The materials are supposed to represent some kind of very hard sci-fi polymer, ranging from rubber to hard plastic - stronger than steel, of course. The palms of the hands of the character contain devices known as an energy projector (blue) and a materializer (red). I just thought it would be better to have some kind of justification for using magic in a sci-fi setting. I'm trying to create some more weapons, armor and maybe some tilesets for a custom sci-fi mod to be used on FLARE. Meanwhile, I will try to release some of the content here. Maybe it will spark someone's creativity or something...
Anyway, the spritesheets are ready to use on FLARE engine, as I've tested it in the Empyrean Campaign. The thing was rendered on blender, using the settings specified by the flare-game source files. I've used ImageMagick to create the montage. I'm still developing the final concept for a mod, but these sprites seem good enough to use. Tell me what you think.

good work
Thank's, Luca. I've made a modular version of this spritesheet with 2 head types and some some changes to the animations, to make it more fluid. I've just finished uploading it, so you should be able to download and check it out as well. Have a nice day... or night.
