I created a small android game but it's difficult to promote it. I think my algoritm is good and I made some story line. But people not downloading it and who downloaded never rate it. If you have idea how to fix this please share with me:). Or tell me please what do you think about my game.

Well the first thing I noticed was the UI. It's very basic. I believe that, to make your app stand out in the store, you need it to look 'good'.
Aside from UI the game doesn't really have any graphics but the cat.. This makes it look rather dull.
I suggest you look in to the design of your app. Meaning layout, UI and game graphics.
On the other hand does having a pretty game not mean people will download it.. As mentioned before the playstore is a giant sea of games at the moment. If you want some exposure you need to address blogs, youtubers, facebook pages,... and ask them if they want to promote your game. This is NOT easy. I've been there..
Hope this helps a bit & keep making games!
I expected the text should be the highlight. But you are right I should create grafics and make UI better. And then I will try to promote it again. Thank you.
Could you make this run on android and put it on the store:

It runs one linux (engine :Darkplaces).
Be a bro?
Hi, all depends on engine. You should look posibility to export in engine documentation if it exist it's not a problem to put it on the store. All what you need to put game on store it's APK file and create your developer kay for the game (if u registrated in play marked as developer). Im not familiar with Darkplaces engine so I don't know is it possible. But you will need to test it after export before put in store. If it work on other OS you can just try to find other store for your OS.
Also Im not familiar with engine policy (could u put game on this engine in market for free etc.)
Probably u could find some information on Darkplaces engine forums.
Like styno said, the graphics matter. The first thing anyone going to the play store page are going to notice are the screenshots. A cut-out cat photo is not impressive or professional. (also there's a typo, "revers")
That being said, the bigger problem is getting people to that page in the first place. It's gonna get lost in a sea of hundreds of tic-tac-toe apps.
Even if you can't make this app popular, it's still an example of what you can do. Already people are asking you to develop for them.
Feel free to message me with your projects, collaborations, requests, etc. I am not likely to respond.
Just from looking at the page (not having played it), my first impression is that I have no idea what the game is supposed to be. You spend a lot of the description making jokes but they don't give me any more idea of what the game is. Tic tac toe is a hard place to start from when you're selling a game, because tic tac toe is hardly a game in a technical sense, so you need to have something very interesting to make it appealing. Maybe you did, but I sure can't tell from the screenshots or description.
Other than that, overall polish is important. Your text is jokey but grammatically awkward which imo keeps a lot of the humor from landing in addition to reducing the clarity.
Thank you. It's usefull information. If I will keep working on this game I try to make more informative screenshots and text less grammatically awkward. Even If I will start working on other project I will use your advice.
