Lags very very bad on Windows ... in fact its kinda unplayable.

May I know which Windows? and are you on laptop -- do you have graphic card on your laptop?
I've tested it on Windows 7 on Desktop and Laptop and it works fine.

Windows XP SP2 / Ati Rabeon 9600 X1050
I am pretty sure that the graphics card is the problem since its ancient and all ... Ill try the game on another computer and see what happens .

Same thing ... the game moves in slow motion.

Could you try looking for the KS.INI file? If you open it in Notepad, you should see SHOWFPS=0 -- try changing the value to 1.
Expecting a value of 36 -- not 60 -- since this is only a 3-framed animation.
I really appreciate your help in detemining which causes the problem.
