Your pretty much copying every gameplay element to the T. Even the subject is the same. THere is nothing that puts you apart from the original game. At the very least you will likely get sued by insaniquarium at the very most people will say why should I buy a knockoff when I can just buy the original game.

I don't think anything about that is legally actionable (but I am not a lawyer, and I'm only talking about Malifer's post because the original is removed).
