Reminder: Author <-> Submitter

Just as a reminder for BartK:

<pompei2> BartK: do you plan to exchange submitter <-> author? I feel the author deserves more exposure than the submitter.
* qubodup agrees to pompei2
<qubodup> there is a problem of having OGA know who the author is though (no avatar etc..)
<pompei2> well just display it the same as a oga user which has no avatar?
<pompei2> really just switching the places and the font sizes would be enough to make me happy
<qubodup> this (oga default avatar for authors) sounds good, this might motivate authors to register and ask for transfer or art to their accounts
<pompei2> sounds good to me. We need to get BartK to do that now :D

I agree this would be a good change. When making a note of licence details of content I'd downloaded recently, I found that for some I'd accidentally written down the submitter as the author, for the attribution! So I think it's important to make sure the author (i.e., the one who should be attributed) is displayed most prominently.

This is a Very Important thing indeed, especially with so much focus on attribution in the open source world.
