Original Game Boy Color Palette

I made a tileset following the original game boy color palette restrictions as practice, and was going to toss it up here since I'm not going to use it for anything, but just realized that that might be classified as a derivative work or something and pose an issue.

 

This might be a silly question, but I haven't been able to find anything about it, so if you have any idea, I'd love to know?

This was the stuff back in the day.
