I want to make a music app that helps non-musicians learn how to compose music. It will kind of be like word suggestion but with note suggestions, while you compose. It will also know how to resolve notes that are dissonant. My plans are to make this into an educational website that is free to use. I'm only looking for musician's who know their music theory for help. I'm looking to make tonal music and not atonal. 

What I can offer is a website to permanently advertise your music for those who help out with the app. I've also already started but plan on redesigning everything from scratch all over again to make my application more flexible and professional.
