Looking for some quick placeholder art

I'll eventually be making a cyberpunk RPG. There aren't many non-isometric works out there for this theme. There's a nice RPG Maker set but those tilesets don't seem to work well outside of RPG Maker. Here's an example of that:

 RPG Maker tileset futuristic

I'm looking for something of this style. I'm just looking for some quick and dirty things that I can place to work on building the basics.

A short example list:

A few basic buildings
A couple of cars
roads
sidewalks
fences
basic inside buildings
walls
doors
desks
chairs

I'm willing to pay a little if I have to. I can pay bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin, or paypal. Just let me know and I'll see what I can do. Thanks for any replies!

I don't know why those tiles wouldn't work outside RPG Maker as long as you understand the rules for how the autotiles function.  Why not just buy the Non-RM licence for that set?
