Just ran across this Kickstarter on /r/IndieGames - they're making a library of SFX for various firearms, which will be released under CC0 if they make their goal.  They have just another 24 hours, and are only $617 away from making their goal - might be a good one to chip in on, especially since the resulting library could be hosted here on OGA.
