I've just posted a tutorial on how to create isometric Tiles using Blender:
http://sertaogames.com/2013/01/30/isometric-tilesets-from-3d-modeling/

It is an old subject, and there are some other tutorials around (for instance, this one by Clint bellanger), but I think this one covers more details, and also focuses on automating most of the process.

I'd like to receive any kind of feedback...

the tutorial from clint (http://flarerpg.org/tutorials/isometric_tiles/) is good.

but i think you should add something to the section tips and tricks:

when you have a plant using a png image with alpha channel, using the option "receive transparent" under shadows of the plane catching the shadows makes that the shadows of those plants look right.
