In need of fantasy styled UI graphics.
Hello everyone, I'm currently in the process of getting ready to incorperate user-interface functionality into my game.
About the game: The game is not named yet, however is heavily inspired by my favorite game when I was a kid, called Fate. Fate was installed on most HP/Dell machines back in the early 2000s. Fate is a fatnasy themed dungeon crawler that's single-player and takes place in a generated random instance. My goal is to remake this, with more advanced combat mechanics, and an "MMO" feel. To simulate this I'm going to be using an open-world instead of instancing, in which players will explore the world using the old-fashioned dungeon-crawler camera, point-and-click combat/movement styles. The game is written in Java and currently runs on Mac, Linux, and Windows. I'm planning a light-weight android port in the future.
As for the networking, I have tons of networking experience in my pocket and I'm putting every bit of it to use in this project.
What I need: I'm in need of interfaces, mainly at this point a basic hud; However I can't find any on here that suit my needs. I really am a huge fan of this interface layout: http://www.moddb.com/games/legends-of-etherell-antavia/images/ui-layout#... however something simple like the standard fate HUD would be acceptable as-well. http://mac.softpedia.com/screenshots/FATE_1.jpg

This seems to match what you're looking for http://opengameart.org/content/moderna-graphical-interface
This looks very nice, do you happen to have the PSD?
I can't split things up properly in PNG format.
Thanks again!
@p0ss, completely different HUD Styles, and I have my own HUD like this I've made that I like a little more, but it took me almost a whole month to even get a basic version down, I don't have any artistic skills. I use this interface pack for my programming tutorials though
