I have a doubt about the legality of the color palettes!

After seeing my old tilesets I felt like doing something new, and I decided it would be a mix of the style of the games: the legend of zelda, gbc (Oracle of Ages and Seasons) and gba (minish cap). so I'm using the same palette as the tloz minish cap, is there a possibility that I could get into legal trouble from nintendo because of this?

Is there anything more than the colors you're borrowing from those games? Like patterns or textures?
