Help Wanted With Identify the Card game

Good day Designers/Artists.

I have a game that is partially running and I need some art/design work done on it.

The game:

Very basic. The logic is, in the database we create "Categories" like "Animals" "Flags", etc then we add an image for each entry (like bear, bird, or USA flag, ect)

For now I am using 2 categories, Flags and Animals. I already have sample art loaded into my game, but I want new art that I can use with permission, without a problem.

Preferably I want 15+ for each category, e.g. images of 15 different animals that can be used to identify them and 15 different flags.

In the game the user picks a category, and will play a few rounds of "identify the card" in this category.

The system will pick 3 cards from the category and pick a primary card to identify out of these 3 cards.

I hope it makes sense? Just again, you pick the Animal category and the game will pick 3 random cards to display to the use (dog, cat, bear) with a message "click on the dog"

The categories are limitless, i am thinking of adding maths (so the cards will be "5+5", "2*3", "1+1" and the text will be "match the card with value 10".

Categories can also be colors, famous people, it can be endless.

My target market is kids, for educational purposes, but really it can be anyone.

The style of images dont bother me too much, as long as kids find it interesting and identifiable.

So having images of real dogs seems silly, cartoon dogs are better, but if it is too cartoon the kids might not be able to recognize it.

With flags it might be better to use cartoon images as well as the real, official flags just seem to... corporate

I also need to work on the design, a design I can use to entertain kids with, something nice.

I am looking for something simply, but flexible. Something kids can see, like, and navigate easily, yet flexible that if new categories are added, they must be added to the existing design without to much redesign.

What I am hoping for is that you can look at the game, draw a picture of what you would change, does not have to be detailed, just an idea, then we can look about taking it further from there.

Try the game:

I hope I added all the information I needed.

I don't know what it is you want.

Obviously you want more images. But you don't say what you want images of. Yes the game concept could be applied to anything but you need to decide what you want to do first. You also haven't specified if you like the current art or are looking to replace it. You don't mention if you want a specific style for artwork.

For the "design problem", what are you looking for help with? Do you think the game is too simple? Do you ideas how you want to expand it but want input?
