[Help] Fix Ears on model.

Hey guys,
Just wondering if someone could help me out. When editing the head on this model, I screwed up the ears and can't make them look nice again. Is it also possible to make it a T-Pose once again?

I put the character into T-pose, I'm afraid I cant tell whats wrong with the ears, they seem fine to me.
