1) right now the front-page-preview image seems to be chosen as the first preview image by upload order; it would be better if the uploader could choose by himself any of the preview images to be used as the front-page-preview.

2) the front-page-preview is lossily scaled to 100 px height to fill its box; it would be better if there was an option for pixelart to be centered instead, without scaling.
