I ran into some assets on itch by enGVee that look like they might be perfect for Flare. Just throwing it out here in case they might remain otherwise overlooked. Seems like they were uploaded there only a 100 days ago.

On pages of "Free (Animated) Isometric" assets it says they can be modfied and used for commercial projects. However, there seems to be no mention of a specific license anywhere. So that might need some clearing up.
