I am applying to upgrade from the free plan to the open source plan at netlify. A code of conduct is required. I don't see a Code of Conduct in FLARE or any other OGA affiliated open source projects.

Please let me know if this is okay or if you'd like to suggest any changes, or even a whole different CoC for OGA community projects:

I changed this from the template on Github only to specify that issues should be reported to us through moderators at OpenGameArt.org through the site and not to us admins first. Most of the questions we get are about how the art can be used anyway, which moderators here are better equipped to answer than us.

Otherwise, though, we have not had any issues so far. However, the moderators can contact us by private message on the site or on Discord or Github if any further action is required. Admins of the project can be found here: https://github.com/orgs/LiberatedPixelCup/people
