There's an acronym building on the horizon. An acronym so sinister, not only is it shorthand for a longer phrase, it is also a series of letters. Many people have fears and questions:

What can I do to prepare?

From the makers of the Lil Puddin Puggums Deluxe spritesheet and a couple of songs I'll upload after I finish this forum post comes CLFL! The Acronym so special it even has a game attached! A video game! Coming kinda soon-ish but sooner if I had more money to Windows PC and Steam!

What happens when a fighting game and a JRPG that used to date get back together and have a few too many cocktails while listening to all the worst songs from the brief period in time in the early 2000's when they were still together? THAT'S A DUMB, UNPRODUCTIVE QUESTION THAT HAS LITTLE TO DO WITH WHAT WE'RE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH HERE, BUT IT GIVES YOU A HINT AT WHAT I'M AIMING FOR! WHY AM I YELLING?!

Attached is a .gif that might move. This thread will be regularly updated with new progress and pictures and other junk that you guys might like relating to all of this. Heck, I might even tell you what CLFL is short for.

I currently plan on featuring and referencing many of OGA's greats in this game, including the music of Snabisch, Trevor Lentz, Yubatake, Revampedpro and Joth, art inspired by and helped along by JasonEm/Grafxkid, Surt, and Lucid Design/LD (considering a Missing Persons report on LD), and tons of NPCs, locations, and items referencing others that I have lurked at and admired but still didn't use. In the end, this game will be equal parts loveletter to days when a game's lack of HD graphics fueled the imagination AND an extremely longwinded note about how much I love lurking your profiles and seeing how cool your art is!

If your work is used in or helped inspire this game, I love you and I will fully acknowledge and reward you within the bounds of my power.

Oh and YEAH, I know that this 'color' thing exists, I just don't plan on implementing it until I'm at a certain stage of development.
