City Art for an 8 bit rhythm game

Hello there!

I am thinking of this game where you are sitting on a busy street corner with a guitar and busking.  It will be a rhythm game similar to guitar hero and others but when you hit the notes correctly, the city becomes lighter, happier and you earn more money but when you play incorrectly, the city becomes dark and dirty and the people are unfriendly.

So now that explanation is out of the way, I am looking for someone who wants to help me with all the art in this project because I am no artist.

The art in this game will be pixel art but with kind of a grimy style (is that a thing?) It will be from the point of view of looking over the shoulder of the busker and looking out at the city. There will be many different versions of the same street corner city view, they will range from a dirty, rainy and cloudy city to a pleasant looking clean sunny city.  If you are at all interested in this, feel free to contact me via email or skype. I am open to any input that you may have!

I will be going to release this game for free, as for a price, that depends on how good it is but if I do sell it the artist involved will for sure get 50%!!
