Hello! I've been encountering a pretty nasty bug for some time already: I can't post any comments that contains non-ASCII characters.

Before I've figured out the pattern, I've already decided not to post a few comments (because I normally write English with curly apostrophes and curly quotes, which are non-ASCII, almost any comment of mine was not posted).

In fact, it was so confusing that I even used to think I was banned! :o Because, well, my messages just don't get through, and other people seemed to be commenting correctly.

Please fix this.
