Well, for starters, you should consider using video format rather than a plain text page with a few screenshots.  You may also want to explain the process all the way to the end rather than abruptly quitting in the middle of the project.  I mean, what you made is very basic and incomplete.  It does not cover much of interest to someone who may want to make anime style faces.  It does not explain eye sockets, mouth structure, or even how to make a decent nose.  The worst part is you do not limit yourself to quads and your topology is, well, terrible.

You're right.. I should explain the constraint of my modeling first before starting the tutorial.. Well the topology is awkward for me too.. I will update the post later..
