Almost completed game need four animations to finish
Hi I've got an IOS game just about wrapped up, found some good graphics on this site already for the majority of it but now just need a few explosions which I cant seem to scrounge up anywhere else. Was hoping some talented artist on here could help out with it. I know I'm asking for a little bit of free artwork, just so you know the game will also be a free download too (Ad supported). So no worries we are all starving together still...lol
As for the graphics I'm working with I have uploaded them to this post, they are the exact dimensions that I am using in this game, however explosions can extend a bit further naturally. They are grayscale and some are split because I wanted the flexibility to color them from my code. The split ones make one image when overlayed on top of each other. I also would like the explosions to be pixelated as well and grayscale so I can color them too. You can use as many keyframes or cells as you need to create a nice explosion sequence. I'm not an artist but my best guess is you probably would want to make a colored explosion with the right shading then let your paint program grayscale it, maybe yes, maybe no but that's how I did it with the rest of the art.
For the Block1 and Block2 (Block2 fits in the middle of Block1) I'd like an animation that makes it dissappear using what would look like random pixel disintegration kinda like when star trek beams a person to the ship.
For the fruit, I'd like maybe some kind of cirular explosion with a counter implosion. But if you've got another idea that looks good go for it.
For Gun1 and Gun2 (Gun2 is left justified on Gun1) any kind of nice little explosion will do too.
CircleSucker1 and CircleSucker2, this is a striped kind of candy that I'm using for the bonus round. As with the others, CircleSucker2 overlays on CircleSucker1. I'd like this one to break aparts and explode in to candy bits. Think that would be pretty neat.
Anyway, hope somebody has a moment to give me a hand with this I'd really appreciate it. I figure this game should be up in about a month or less depending on App Store approval process and doing the finishing touches. This is will be my second app but first game I've ever uploaded to the appstore, I have two more game ideas I'm doing next. I will need an artist completely for the next two, at that point I will either pay directly or offer percentage of the NET earning depending on how full my fridge is.
Thanks!
