2D platform game engine requieres stages and sprites

Hello,

I'm new here. I need somebody who loves platform games and wants to co-operate with me to create new games.

I have an engine which works with Android and it's easy to improve if new features are required (It's my own engine).

The engine can work with 2D sprites and apply them typical phisical parameters (speed, gravity, etc..) in order to let them move arround the scenarios by itself.

Scenarios can be built with 3 tiles-based layers and one more single background bitmap layer. Layers can contain animated tiles and each tile can contain it's own enviroment parameters (gravity, 4 example). The scenario is interactive and can react to the sprites interactions (levers and doors, fading tiles, sounds, etc..)

The engine also supports banner adds and intersticial adds and can work with google play services. It has been disgned to work with platform games but I'm openminded.

A scenario creator is also programmed (for windows) to design the stages

There's a working game that currently uses the engine. If somebody wants to test it, the game is for free. The game does not take advantage of all the features of the engine but can help you to decide if you are interested in.

Thanks!

Hey Sart,

You still looking for an artist? Do you have any previous games I can check out?

Hi!

yes! I'm still looking for somebody who have an idea, or graphics that can fit in my engine.

I do not have more games published at google play now, but now I'm working on a game that uses the same engine with some improvements and a diferent concept (iamge attached). Also some more little projects.

I'm a professional programmer but not for games. Android is just a hobby for me and maybe some extra money in the future.

Here you can see some more old projects that I did a lot of years ago for PC. One of them (Agapito) uses the same set of sprites that MazeManiac does for android. As you can see.. I'm not very good at graphical design...

I hope you like it ;)

I like it. The art isn't that bad and it is great that you are a serious programmer. I am interested in learning more about your ideas for the 2D platform game and working together. Shoot me an email christiandasi@gmail.com
