based on the work of Ruslan Holonko https://www.artstation.com/ruslanholonko uploaded at https://opengameart.org/content/witch-3. I decided to try my hand at making her mesh a little hi-poly and curvier, and providing some animations for her existing rig. I'm new to modeling, sculpting, and animation in Blender, and it shows. The results are... very rough. But, I kinda like 'em anyway and I'm falling in love with the character, so here she is.
Her stockings are my favorite, though of course the Blender -> FBX -> Unreal pipeline doesn't preserve the Principled BSDF shader I made to make 'em super stripey.

inverse kinematics are hard XD
I really wanna make her hair swish and swoosh with her anims, but Blender's weight painting system is so painful I couldn't get a good separation between her hair and the rest of her body. Maybe someday.

Though, why would this need to be a separate submission? Why not just an additional file on the "witch" submission?
I felt like this was a significant enough departure from the original artwork that it warranted a separate submission. I also didn't want to risk confusion that the amateur modifications made by me were also done by the original artist, who is a professional.
