It's a nice style of windmill.

But i don't know about low-poly. The roof alone has 2250 triangles

Sorry im not good english.

Download blend and control material. Open my blend and File+ append (shift+F1) you blend/object. And my blend object select and shift + right click you object. Ctrl+L link material select. 

My render option free style render.
